Every applicant is provided the option to receive an e-mail copy of their submission. You will not receive a copy of your application, however, unless you manually choose to do so.
On the final Submit page, underneath the Electronic Signature you will find the section entitled "Application Copy." To receive an e-mail copy of your application, place a checkmark in the open box to the left of the statement "Click here to receive an email copy of this job application." You can then also opt-in to receive text message alerts as well, or simply choose "No Thanks." After making these two final selections, you can click Submit.
After clicking the Submit button, you will receive two e-mails: (1) your submission was successful and (2) a copy of your original application. If the e-mails are not received in your inbox, be sure to also check the spam, junk and/or "all-mail" folder of your e-mail service provider, as the e-mails may be flagged depending on your existing security settings.
You will NOT be able to receive a copy of your application AFTER submitting, so make sure to select this option prior to your final submission if needed.
